The location was great as for me, just off the city center and the Bagni Regina Giovanna, the mad traffic and location, the restaurant, and Sorrento and surrounding area. Plus, Whalebone Arch and other nice tourist spots were right at this hotel. The breakfast was sensational and great and had plenty of meals.
Definitely, there was lift missing.

I spent 4 nights and will come back. The hotel was picturesque with absolutely perfect and excellent location short walk to the Sorrento town center and the hill in the town. The staff team was proactive, the rooms were great-sized and equipped with the bathroom, the internet plus large baggage.
